Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. All size combinations count toward your bulk pricing tier. A mixed order of 30 pieces covering XS to 6XL qualifies for the 30–49 piece rate.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For embroidery: minimum 1 piece. For silkscreen printing: minimum 10 pieces. Bulk pricing starts at 30 pieces.
Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?
Yes. Sample orders (1–5 pieces) are available at the single-piece rate. WhatsApp us to arrange.
What logo formats do you accept?
AI, EPS, PDF (vector formats preferred). High-resolution PNG at 300dpi minimum accepted for heat transfer. We can also digitise artwork for embroidery at no extra charge on orders above 30 pieces.
Do long sleeve polo shirts shrink after washing?
Our 65/35 poly-cotton blend is pre-shrunk. Maximum shrinkage after repeated washing is under 3% — negligible in practice.
